Welcome to our Airbnb! 😊 This apartment, managed by Upstairs, is located in the heart of Kraków and offers easy access to the city's top tourist attractions, fantastic restaurants, grocery stores, shopping spots, and convenient public transportation options. 🚋✨ We want you to relax and feel at home, and we hope that choosing our place will make your memories of Kraków even more special! 🏡❤️ The space The apartment is located in a new building with an elevator. 🚪🏢 The studio consists of: 🛏 Sleeping area with: - Two single beds that can be combined into one 🛏 - Television📺 - Spacious wardrobe 👚 - Desk with two chairs, perfect for dining or working 💻🍽 🍳 Kitchenette with: - 2-burner induction stove 🔥 - Fridge 🧊 - Electric kettle ☕ - All necessary kitchen utensils, including cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, and pans 🍴 🚿 A standard fully equipped bathroom 🧴 We provide: - Shower gel & shampoo 🛁 - Towels and bed linens 🛏️ - Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and a laundry capsule in case you need to use the washing machine ☕🧂👕 📶 The apartment has Wi-Fi 🌐 The apartment is equipped like a standard home, making it perfect for both short and long stays. If you have any questions about what’s available, feel free to contact me! 😊 🚗 For your maximum convenience, our property also offers the option to reserve a parking space in the underground garage - please contact us to confirm the availability :) Access is via a car lift - maximum vehicle dimensions: height 1.9 m, length 6 m, width 1.8 m. LPG vehicles are not permitted. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. 🏡 🕑 Check-in: 14:00 - 20:00 🕙 Check-out: until 10:00 If you need to check in or out at a different time, we’ll be happy to arrange it whenever possible (as long as there are no other bookings or guests arriving/departing earlier or later). Just let us know! 😊 🌙 Late check-in after 20:00 comes with an additional fee of 100 PLN or 25€, which is a tip for the team member assisting you outside of working hours. 💙 Other things to note We are at your disposal before your arrival and throughout your stay. 😊 While we don’t have a physical reception on-site, you can always contact us via Airbnb or by phone. If you need a cot, baby bathtub, or other essentials, feel free to ask - we’ll check availability and do our best to provide them. 🧴 In the bathroom, you will find shower toiletries - please kindly do not take them with you. 📄 According to our listing and applicable regulations, all guests are required to provide a valid ID and complete a registration form prior to arrival. Without completing the form (which will be sent via a secure link through the platform), we are unable to officially register your stay or provide the access codes to the apartment. This procedure ensures the safety of our guests and the property. Your personal information is processed solely for the purpose of identity verification. It is never used in a way that compromises your privacy and is accessible only to the secure registration system we use. All check-in instructions and access codes are sent only after the form has been completed. In case the form is not submitted, a personal meeting with one of our staff members will be required at a pre-arranged time to verify your ID. 🛂 On the day of your arrival, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, we will provide detailed self-check-in instructions. Please note: receiving this information requires prior completion of the registration form. ⏰ We kindly ask you to check out on time on the day of departure. A late check-out fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR per each started hour will apply if check-out is delayed. 🧳 As hosts, we are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind in the apartment. Please make sure the door is securely locked each time you leave the apartment. In case of lost keys, guests will be charged for the replacement of the entire lock. 🚭 For the comfort of all our guests and in line with safety regulations, smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or other substances) is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation, a cleaning fee of 400 PLN will be charged. 🧻 Please note that basic supplies such as toilet paper, laundry capsules, and dishwasher tablets are provided only at the start of your stay. If you need more during your visit, we kindly ask you to purchase them on your own. ❗ In the event that the keys to the apartment are lost by the Guest, the Guest will be charged the full cost of replacing the lock and providing a new set of keys. The total amount will be determined based on the actual cost of locksmith services and lock replacement. 🚫 Although we love animals, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in our apartment.
