If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away. The space On arrival there is plenty of space to park your car in the private gated driveway. On entering the property using the digital keyboard lock, which is personalised for you, the hall opens to the downstairs bathroom, with a deep slipper bath, basin, wall bidet, toilet and easy to use digitally controlled shower. There is a washing machine, chest freezer and fridge. Off this spacious area, are south facing bi-fold doors, opening onto a private lawned garden area, perfectly sheltered from the prevailing winds, with large pizza oven and built in barbecue together with ample room on the terraced area to eat al fresco. All the ground floor has tiled underfloor heating. The property is well insulated and cosy, even in the depths of winter. Upstairs, is a large second reception area, with a super comfortable analine leather sofa and bean bags. There are rural views to the east. A perfect space to relax and watch a film on Netflix or Amazon on a 47" TV screen, at the end of a day. There are a small selection of books to read and games to play. Guest access There are plenty of walks in the area. Public footpaths across fields are virtually on your doorstep. An OS map of the area is provided. Hambleton is the nearest village which is about a 20 minute walk. There is a village store, dentist, barbers, butchers, pub, garage, newsagents, laundrette and Spa shop. If you bring your bikes, there are plenty of fairly flat roads to cycle around. A 45 minute walk will get you to The Cartford Inn which serves lovely food in a charming environment by the river. Poulton-Le-Fylde nearby offers greater shopping opportunities and has several really good restaurants to choose from. See my guide book for more details.
