The typical Genoese-style entrance welcomes you with a curated welcome kit (towels, body wash, and soap) and leads to a bright double bedroom and a modern, stylish, and functional bathroom. The heart of the home is the living area, made truly unique by the ceiling artwork created in the 1990s by the Genoese artist Roberto Maini, featuring his iconic “seagulls.” From here, a postcard-like window opens onto the rooftops of the historic old town, with church domes and bell towers creating a timeless view. The space also includes a large dining table, a comfortable double sofa bed, and a practical video projector instead of a traditional TV, for a more immersive experience. Next to the living room, separated by a characteristic internal window, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, fridge with freezer, gas oven, coffee machine, and a full set of dishes for up to 6 guests.
