A simple, quiet and familiar place to enjoy moments of rest. House on the north coast of São Paulo with a great location, close to Indaiá beach. Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and bus station close to the property. Easy and quick access highway to the most beautiful beaches in the region. The space House contains: 3 Bedrooms, 1 suite. Social toilet, large open-concept living room with kitchen, 1 parking space, wide side corridor with service area. We put a portable barbecue grill in the garage. Guest access In the neighborhood, 100 meters from the house, there is a small shopping center with a bakery/restaurant, pharmacy and ice cream parlor. Walking towards the beach, it is a straight line of 1 km to 1.2 km away. It is 700 meters from the bus station and the city's main markets. The house is 4 km from Serramar Praia Shopping and 3 km from the city center. Other things to note We don't provide bedding, pillows and towels.
