This listing is to rent as a 2 bedroom. 1 bedroom will be on the first floor & 1 bedroom on the second floor. We can accommodate two bedrooms on the second floor if preferred. Half bath on first floor and full bath with vintage clawfoot tub / shower on second floor. The outdoor areas include a covered front porch , side courtyard with parking for 2 - 3 vehicles, fire pit , charcoal grill , plenty of seating , dining tables and a Yurt Tent ( Tent available May - Oct weather permitting ) . We have a large corner lot on the other side of the house with raised garden beds , herbs and vegetables. Welcome to our guests. Guest access All areas are accessible EXCEPT the attic and basement. They are NO entry Other things to note Laundry service is available UPON REQUEST in advance to guest arrival date. The laundry is located in an unfinished basement area. NO children are allowed in the laundry basement. This area is strictly used for laundry use only. Please use caution on the stairs leading to the basement / laundry.
