The Deluxe King Suite is located on the 2nd floor and includes steps to access. This suite is 740 sq.ft. and includes a spacious living room with a sofa, table & 2 chairs. The bedroom is very spacious and includes a king bed. NO children allowed in the Room. This room also features a private deck overlooking the wooded mountains. Rooms include bed linens, towels, Complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV, microwave & refrigerator, coffee maker, AC, iron/ironing board & a private bathroom. Our pull-up parking spots, low slung roof and exterior guest doors evoke that classic ”motor-inn” nostalgia with a modern, convenient twist. No schlepping luggage through a lobby or parking far from your room. In this excessive, chaotic world, we bring it back to easy & simple. Our rooms have been completely renovated using reclaimed furniture to create an authentic, environmentally friendly travel experience while using a modern mix of natural woods & gorgeous color pallets across all 12 warm, inviting, bright & airy rooms. All rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, coffee maker, private bathrooms, iron/ironing boards, hairdryers, flat screen cable TVs & free WiFi. Guest access This room has easy access from the parking lot. Pull right up to your parking spot in front of your room door. Exterior guest doors are accessed through a pin-code sent to you via email or text prior to arrival. No check-in process necessary. You can park your car or motorcycle right in front of your room. No schlepping luggage through a lobby or down long hallways. PRE-ARRIVAL: Your room number and personalized 4-digit entrance code will be emailed to you 1 day prior to arrival. A text message will be sent to you day of. PUT CODE IN DOOR AND HIT “LOCKSTATE” Button at the top. ARRIVAL. Check-in begins at 3pm (July & August) and has no end time. Go straight to your room & enter the code into the keypad on your door – it “Lockstate” at top. On the morning of your arrival, your payment will be processed automatically with the card on file. Other things to note - On-site kayak, stand-up paddle board & pontoon boat rentals. - Complimentary boat slip (based on availability). Please note: max boat size 20′ v-hull, 24′ pontoon. The slip is at the end of the dock for easy access however, it is rougher out at the end. Please bring at least 1/2 inch ropes and secure your boat accordingly.
