Delightful Guest House in idyllic rural setting

One bedroom detached cottage next to our rural family home. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings with acres of National Trust land nearby including Frensham Ponds, Ludshott Common and Waggoners Wells. The cottage is newly decorated and furnished with views of the garden, which borders the River Wey. Continental breakfast ingredients will be in the fridge for guests. The space Downstairs is a large, light and airy open plan reception room and kitchen area. French doors open onto a deck with views over the garden and swimming pool (available to guests when operational). Upstairs the cosy double bedroom and bathroom are in the eaves with sloping ceilings. Guest access A car is likely to be needed to get here but there are plenty of walks directly from the house and on local common land. Cycling is also popular in the area.
