A hygge two-room apartment in the heart of Copenhagen's hippest district Nørrebro and a short walk from the city centre of Copenhagen! The space Welcome to our beautiful home! An ideal private base for business, family and leisure visits to Copenhagen and Denmark as whole. The apartment about 45 m2, has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort. The flat has 2 rooms, a bedroom and a living room, as well as fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. The appartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). A car is not needed for the great local amenities, fabulous restaurants, shops, markets and public transport - are all a short walk away. Additionally, if you wish to fully enjoy the spirit of Copenhagen, there are several bike rental shops and then the whole the city will be in front of your toes. The flat is conveniently located on top of one of the best bars in town...but don't be alarmed - you cannot hear the fun taking place downstairs in the flat. Check-in and check-out times are flexible unless there are guests arriving / departing the same day, in which case check-in will be from 14:00 and check-out will be at 11:00. Guest access The appartment is located right next to 3 supermarkets: Aldi, Irma and Netto. Furthermore, there are several cafes/bars/restuarnts on the same street. There is pelnty of paid parking around the appartment. The appartment is located a 5 mins walk from the famous Copenhagen Lakes and a 20 mins walk from Copenhagen City Centre (Nørreport Station). It is well served by public transport - bus stops are located just on the other side of the street and 2 metro stations are available just 5 minute walk from the flat. Other things to note FRIENDLY HOUSE RULES: Look, we hate having to lay out rules as much as you hate having to follow them. So, we've identified the things that are REALLY important to us so please read them and be respectful of our needs, so we can be great hosts for you. RESPECT: We expect you will respect our home. Picking up after yourself in common areas is important. Please always lock the front door when you leave and be courteous to the neighbours. PRIVATE BELONGINGS: This is our private home, thefore we expect you to be respectful to our personal belongings. We will free up the hallway/bedroom for you to be able to strore your things. BE ON TIME: We'll expect you to work with us to find a mutually acceptable check-in time and commit to arriving at the agreed upon time. NO ENTERTAINING: Absolutely NO parties are allowed to be hosted in the apartment. EXTRA GUESTS: Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends. SUBSTANCES: Absolutely NO drugs of any kind, alcohol is OK. PETS: No animals are allowed in the flat. COOKING: You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, glassware and dishes for anything you've brought for yourself. However, we expect you to clean after yourselves and take a good care of the place. NO SMOKING: There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you need to smoke, you can go downstairs on the street. LOSS OF KEYS: Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a 150 dkk replacement fee.
