It is one of the flattest and most walkable streets in the neighborhood, making it comfortable for carrying luggage, walking, or exploring the surroundings. Taxis can easily reach the front of the building, providing great convenience especially during arrival and departure. Additionally, the tram stop is just 200 meters away—only about a 2-minute walk—allowing you to travel easily to many parts of Istanbul via public transportation. The building is situated in a safe neighborhood, and the street offers many amenities such as restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, and local markets—everything you might need during your stay is within walking distance. Our location is also very close to sea level, which makes walking and carrying luggage even more effortless. The seaside is just 500 meters away, so you can enjoy a pleasant stroll and take in the view along the waterfront. The living room is 35 square meters, the bedroom is 25 square meters, and each toilet is 10 square meters, 2 meter balcony.The details that will make you feel at home when you enter your apartment are as follows; Bedroom: double bed (160x200), bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, armchair, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mirror, desk, cork board, pen set, darts and chess game, floor lamp. Living room: Television, L sofa set(Sleeping area 130×190 and 1.30x170), coffee table, air conditioner, dining table, bar stool, carpet, books, accessories. American kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle, teapot, stove, microwave oven, pots and cooking utensils, dinner plates, cutlery, glasses, oils and spices, garbage can.
