There’s a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and appliances, separate dining and lounge, heat pump and wood heater. Pets are negotiable. 5 minute drive to CBD. Must be able to negotiate stairs. The space I loved my house the moment I opened the door and it’s in a superb location for exploring Hobart. Nothing important is far away or difficult to get to, including trails for walking, running or mountain biking, bus route to CBD and Mona, Aquatic centre, a great Tassie grocery about 200m away and Woolworths a 10-15 minute walk. My house is my home 6 months/yr so is equipped with everything you’d expect in a home. Guest access The house is yours to use (one room and some under-stairs cupboards are locked off). The shed is not available. For long bookings we can chat about what’s best for garden care depending on your wishes. Other things to note 2 bedroom house, one bedroom is upstairs with double bed, the other is downstairs where the main living areas are, with queen size bed and ensuite.
