Welcome to the Villas de Castel! Ideal for a quiet family stay, our fully equipped villa will welcome you to discover our beautiful region. On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace and small garden. The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 200, 1 bed 90 x 200, 1 bed 80 x 200). The living room sofa is convertible (sleeps 140*200) This villa is labeled 3 épis Gites de France. The space The villa is located in a small residence and has a garage and parking space. Any additional or out-of-size vehicles must be parked outside of the residence. We do not offer barbecue in this accommodation but an electric plancha is available for your use. For this property, we accept small dogs subject to certain conditions and for an additional charge. No cats or large dogs. Contact us before you book. The ideal capacity of the listing is 4 adults and 2 children (or teenagers). The reservation is open for up to 7 people with a minimum of 2 children. For the holiday season we only accept families, after prior exchange. This villa is labeled 3 ears Gites de France. Guest access Entire place is for guests only. The house is ideally located: 12 km from Toulouse, 15 minutes from the metro, 5 minutes from the A68 (Toulouse/Albi) and 5 minutes from the Preissac area. Shopping center and shops 5 minutes away Other things to note Before booking, please read the house rules applicable to our accommodation as well as the conditions below: • We welcome our guests in person (no key box) and arrivals are between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm in a time slot confirmed in advance. • End-of-stay cleaning is included. • Soap/shampoo, toilet paper and various consumables are not provided. • for business travellers: - sheets and towels are included - for any booking longer than 21 days, cleaning will be carried out every 15 days (mandatory and included in the rate). • for individuals: our rates are flexible, linen and internet are optional, and you have the freedom to personalise your stay by adding the following according to your needs and wishes: - bed linen: €10/bed - towels: €5/person - Internet access: 5G coverage is excellent, but if you prefer a dedicated Wi-Fi connection for more flexibility, this option is available at €20/stay • Charging an electric vehicle is strictly prohibited in our accommodation • for guests with a recent or poorly rated profile, a security deposit of €500 by credit card imprint will be requested at check-in; otherwise, the booking will not be held • the common areas of the residence are under video surveillance
