Welcome to the Villas de Castel! Ideal for a quiet family stay, our fully equipped villa will welcome you to discover our beautiful region. On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace and small garden. The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 200, 1 bed 90 x 200, 1 bed 80 x 200). The living room sofa is convertible (sleeps 140*200) This villa is labeled 3 épis Gites de France. The space The villa is located in a small residence and has a garage and parking space. Any additional or oversized vehicle must be parked outside the residence. We do not offer a barbecue in this accommodation, but an electric plancha is at your disposal. In this accommodation, we accept small dogs under certain conditions. No cats or big dogs. Contact us before booking. The ideal capacity of the accommodation is 4 adults and 2 children (or teenagers). Booking is open for up to 7 people with a minimum of 2 children. For the holidays we only accept families, after prior exchange. This villa is labeled 3 épis Gites de France. Guest access Entire place is for guests only. The house is ideally located: 12 km from Toulouse, 15 minutes from the metro, 5 minutes from the A68 (Toulouse/Albi) and 5 minutes from the Preissac area. Shopping center and shops 5 minutes away Other things to note Before you book, we ask that you review the house rules applicable to our listing as well as the terms below: • we welcome our guests (no lockbox) and check-ins are between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m., in a 15-minute slot validated together. • the end of stay cleaning is included. • Soap / shampoo, toilet paper, and various consumables are not provided. • linen is not provided but available as an option (€10 per bed for sheets and €5/person for towels). For workers on the move we provide sheets. • Wifi access is optional (€20/stay), 5G coverage is excellent with us. • Electric vehicle charging is strictly prohibited in our accommodation • for business travelers: for any booking longer than 3 weeks, an intermediate cleaning will be carried out every 15 days (mandatory and included in the price). • for guests with a recent or unassessed profile, a security deposit of €500 per credit card imprint will be requested during check-in
