Kaarakin Beach House is a modern, newly built home and provides enough space for two families or friend group. Enjoy the ocean views on the back deck or escape the elements and dine in the downstairs alfresco area. When you are up for an adventure there is plenty on offer. Surf or swim at Rules Beach, fish in Baffle Creek, visit Wreck Rock National Park or go for a drive along the beach which is 4WD accessible. The space Get away from the noise and simply relax. Rules Beach is truly an amazing place to come and escape the rest of the world. The house is spacious and offers all the modern cons of a newly built, high end, beach home. Guests are pleasantly surprised how close this home is located to the beach and the 4wd beach access point. It's less than an 80m walk and you are at the beachfront The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, multi-function oven (with air fry) and full dishwasher. The appliances provided include an electric frypan, air fryer, toasted sandwich maker, L'Or coffee pod machine, milk frother, toaster and kettle. The 637 litre fridge/freezer has plumbed in water and automatic ice-dispenser. All beds have linen provided which are fitted with waterproof mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Bedroom sleeping arrangements: Main Bedroom - 1 King Bed Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3 (Kids room) - Bunk bed which is a single, over double bed with a pullout double trundle. Bath and beach towels are provided. The main bathroom has a 1.5m freestanding bathtub and separate shower. The main ensuite has shower with shower bench seat built-in. The laundry has an 8kg washing machine and an 8kg clothes dryer. The home has Starlink connected with a 65" Smart TV in the lounge room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. The U-Shaped entertaining area is perfect to escape the elements and provides a full size Webber Family BBQ with pizza stone. The house provides reverse cycle air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and the main living area as well as ceiling fans. This rental option is located on the ground floor but guests are invited to use the back deck to enjoy the ocean views and sea breeze. Enjoy some games on the lawn including Badmington, Corn hole and Botchie. Potable water is provided by the rain water tanks. A general waste and recycle bin is provided. Rubbish collection day is a Wednesday. Guest access The entire downstairs of the property except for the two sheds which will remain locked. Please enjoy the upstairs back veranda where you can take in the ocean views and enjoy the sea breeze. You can also take advantage of the daybed, perfect for closing your eyes. Other things to note A few days out I will provide the pin # to the padlock to unlock the key safe. The house is located at a surf beach and in a coastal area and sea spray may settle on the upstairs outdoor table and in outdoor areas. This is unavoidable. To help guests, clear protective table liners are placed on the tables which makes it a lot easier to do a quick wipe over. This rental option is located on the ground floor. Guests are welcome to use the upstairs back verandah.
