The space With a total area of 20 m², it is composed of an equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for 2 adults, a mezzanine bed ideal for 2 children, 2 teenagers or 1 adult, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Kitchen and bathroom: - microwave oven, raclette, fondue, waffles, croque monsieur. - hair dryer, towel dryer. The living room has a TV with free Wi-Fi. Sheets are included but not towels; you will be able to obtain them through the concierge. A small welcome gift will be given to you on arrival. Guest access Pedestrian station in winter and summer. Access to Avoriaz station can be done either: 1- From the station reception, 430 route de l'accueil 74110 MORZINE on-site parking (to be booked in advance). On site: heated waiting room, public toilets, hot drink dispensers (info on the Avoriaz website) Possibility of transport to the apartment by caterpillar or sled (info and booking on the Avoriaz website) Possibility to also get there on foot (12/15 minutes). Skate carts are available (€1 or €2 coin to unlock them). 2- From the "Prodains Express Cable Car" 74110 MORZINE Arrival at the station in 4 minutes. Possibility of getting to the apartment by caterpillar or sled (info and booking on the Avoriaz website). Possibility to also get there on foot (12/15 minutes). Other things to note Weekly rental only during the end-of-year and February holidays. Our agency "Avoriaz location" will take care of the delivery of the keys and will give you all the necessary information for your stay. It is your responsibility to contact them to arrange your arrival and plan your departure. For your arrival, depending on the schedule you have agreed upon, the keys will be available: - Either directly at the "Avoriaz Location" agency (87 Pl. des Dromonts) which is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Either at the reception station which is located at the covered parking lots (430 route de l'accueil) outside the opening hours of the "Avoriaz Location" agency. A deposit of 1200 euro, which you deposit as soon as possible after your arrival at the "Avoriaz Location" agency, will be required, by check, cash or credit card.
