Swimming Pool Rules And Guidelines:- - Pool Timings : 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM - Shower before entering the Pool. - Wear only Proper Swimwear - T- Shirt, Jeans , Salwaar Not allowed. - Food or Drinks Not Allowed in the Pool Area. - No Smoking or Vaping. - No Alcohol or Drugs. - No Loud Music or Shouting. - No Running , Pushing, Shoving or Rough Play. - No Diving. - No Lifeguard is available at the Premises. - Adult Supervision for children under 14 years is a Must or else they can use the baby pool. - Pets Not allowed in the Pool area. - Be Respectful to fellow swimmers, security and pool staff. - Use Pool furniture and equipment responsibly. - Help maintain a clean pool area by disposing of trash. Rs. 5000 fine for breaking any rules. -Power backup is not available. Power ( electricity ) is subject to availability according to Goa Electricity Department Guest access Guests can access the entire 1 BHK Homewith private jacuzzi( Non Heated )and common areas like pool, club house, gym, parking area etc. Other things to note - Please make sure to contact me from "Contact Host " Tab before Booking the Place for better understanding of the property. - Jaccuzi is non Heated Jacuzzi to be turned off after every 30 minutes. - You might hear some noise of renovations from nearby apartment on during day (Less chances) - We can't tolerate anyone smoking inside the house. No cigarette or hukkah inside the house . No tolerance for ash strains and marks on any sofa. - Our home stays are sanitized properly before Arrival of every Guest to Make sure of Hygiene Factor. - Cleaning is provided everyday but with request of the guest and availability of the caretaker.} - Linen that includes Bedsheets and Towels will be changed on Guest request only. At least 2 days Gap in changing the linen will be kept. -There will be a security Deposit of 5000 INR on the time of checkin that is totally refundable while checking out ( Except in case of any damage done by guests). - We have Inverter as power back up on which only fans and lights will work. No Ac , Geyser , Microwave will work in absence of electricity. Mostly no one keeps this transparency But we don't do any false commitment. But please note that Goa never faces much power failures. Smoking and Drinking is not allowed at the pool side area , In that case society will charge 5000 rupees.Also smoking is not allowed inside the place else we will fine 10000 rupees. - Apartment is on First floor. Lift is available . - Uninformed and non sanctioned Late Checkout invites the penalty of Half rent of that day
