Villa Denise - Sky Sea Resort

The villa can host two to eight persons. It consists of 4 double rooms. The rooms are on different floors and all have sea views. Villa Denise has 4 swimming pools! The space It is among the busiest villas as a structure. Ideal for families and groups of families holidaying together. It can host from 2 to 8 persons in rooms of about 20 square metres each. Privacy is guaranteed! The higher you go, the wider the panorama becomes. The sea and mountain view is always guaranteed. You will feel enveloped by the sides of the green hills of Skiathos, which dive into the blue of the sea. The elevated position means that even in the hottest periods, there is always a little fresh sea breeze. You will feel immersed in nature, because you will be surrounded by green meadows, fruit trees, woods and olive trees. In this villa there are three swimming pools of different sizes where you can relax after a nice day at the beach. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with dining room and sitting area. Outside the kitchen, you will find an iron and stone mosaic table. In the evening you can dine there by the pool or, if you prefer, in the outdoor kitchen which is just a stone’s throw away and is complete with everything, barbecue included. There are three dining areas: one dining room, one by the pool and one in the outdoor kitchen. There are also two other tables in strategic points, where you can enjoy an aperitif in peace. The pools are floodlit, so you can always enjoy a swim, even at night. There is an outdoor shower and a solarium area with sun umbrellas and loungers. And for the little ones? There is a special swimming pool shared with the other villas, 60 centimeters deep, swings, a slide and a trampoline to jump overlooking the sea. There is no shortage of lawns where you can have spontaneous picnics or simply where to spread out a nice towel and play cards, with dolls or other. In this villa, each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, except one on the second floor, which however has its own external bathroom. Guest access The villa is on a hillside, just 5 kilometres from the airport and 2 kilometres from the nearest beach. Parking is free and close to the villa. Other things to note If you love peace and nature, our resort is just right for you. Here you can meditate or simply relax listening only to the sound of the water and enjoy the pleasant breeze coming from the sea. We strongly believe in the therapeutic value of nature and want to make the experience in the resort relaxing and rejuvenating for body and mind. We have also made a path leading into the surrounding forest that ends with a panoramic bench. There are several olive and fruit trees in the resort. Guests can walk around and eat the fruit by picking them directly from the tree. We are committed to being eco-friendly: we collect and reuse rainwater, we have solar panels for hot water and we recycle sewage. For us, being GREEN is not just a fashion, but a passion.
