Casa Silo Cultural

Silo Cultural is a cultural center in Paraty that has been active in the arts for 20 years. In addition to the house, we have a wooden hall for dance classes and events, a recording studio, a large backyard where we hold events, and a library that belonged to the economist Maria da Conceição Tavares and is now being preserved at the Cultural Silo. In addition to the activities carried out, we started renting the house for tourist purposes to give sustainability to the space. Follow the schedule: @silocultural The space This accommodation is perfect for group travel. The house is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite. It accommodates large groups. We have 2 double beds and 5 bunk beds. The yard is very large. Large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, cabinets and utensils (pots, cutlery, glasses, cocktail shaker, etc.). Garage for 2 cars Guest access The neighborhood is easily accessible and navigable, there is no need for transportation around the neighborhood. Other things to note In the case of rentals for artistic activities or events that use the other areas of the space (activity room and studio), the negotiation must be done on a case-by-case basis.
