The owners live in the front unit (unit 1) and the rental unit (unit 2) is located behind unit 1. It has its own separate entrance from the outside and at about 500 sq ft in size on two floors it’s perfect for one or two people. As you can see from the photos, the main floor has the living room, a small desk area and the kitchen / dining areas. The bedroom, bathroom, closet and laundry areas are on the upper floor. The kitchen has a nice set of basic cooking items that include pots / pans, cooking utensils, measuring cups, mixing bowls and place settings for four people. Additionally, the kitchen has a dishwasher to help keep everything clean. Upstairs the bedroom features a queen sized bed with fluffy pillows and a warm comforter. The laundry, closet, bathroom area have a front load washer and dryer, a generous sized closet with iron and ironing board.
