The space This villa is in Anse des Lezards directly across from the sea and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the second mezzanine bedroom located on the second floor. An open floor plan kitchen leads into a luminous living room which opens out to a spacious terrace for dining, evening cocktails and morning coffee and croissants. The neighborhood is quiet and ends in a cul de sac. No traffic, only the sound of breaking waves. A walking path spans across the entire sea front which takes you 5 minutes on foot to Anse des Cayes beach, 10 minutes to the Manapany Hotel, or for the adventurous, all the way up to 'l'Oeuf' for an amazing power walk or run. Gustavia, St Jean Beach, Eden Rock, Nikki Beach and beach clubs, the airport, nightlife and shopping are all within a 5-7 minutes drive.
