Come experience the Ashford Avenue living in my cool and confortable studio located in the heart of trendy Condado. One block from the beach, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The condo has great amenities such as pool, gym and laundromat. Laundry room facilities are located on the 2nd floor with coin operated washer & dryer. Internet access is available in the apartment, lobby & pool area. Also the building has 24- hour permanent surveillance and closed circuit surveillance. Guest access A tennis court at the Marriott Hotel which is right across the street from us, charges a minimal fee per hour. Free access to the beach, entrance is across the street from us also. Other things to note The apartment don’t include parking but in case you are driving, you may find street parking but this is the most popular avenue in Condado and chances are low,however, there are plenty of parking lots near the building including the parking in front of La Concha Hotel, Marriott Hotel parking and Magdalena street parking.
