One family did not like it, because the child felt isolated from the rest of the family and didn't like the open air nature of the room. Guest access You get a parking space in the driveway. Street parking is usually readily available on the street or within a block or 2. Other things to note This is a great, zen-like beach retreat... a virtual private spa.
