You can walkout the front door and across the street and in 1 minute be at the beach. If you are looking a small homey cottage, this is for you. It is 500 sq ft of coziness, comfort.... and it is clean! Comfortable beds with nice linens...not what you would expect at a rental. The bathroom is a full 3 piece that is very nicely finished and decorated. It is accessed thru the main bedroom (and if needed we can configure the cottage to access thru the living area. Pets are not allowed. The Kitchen is a place that you all can hang out... with a dining table and ample space for meal preparation. Stove, Full size refrigerator, Microwave...and yes there is a dishwasher! There is also a washer/dryer area for those time when you might need them. Other amenities are Wifi, TV...so you can stream your favorite shows. Games, puzzles, bikes, beach chairs, and sand toys will allow for a fun filled time during your stay. Comfortable and Very clean. We promise you will love the cottage, and the community of South Haven is absolutely fabulous! Need more room?....A 2000 square feet house that is on the same property is available. Both properties together will sleep up to 16 people, 3.5 baths and lots of green space (fenced yard) and outdoor living. Come and enjoy the sand, the water and the sunsets. Once you come, we know you will want to make it a yearly tradition! Guest access You have complete access to the cottage. The main house sits on the same property. There is a large picnic table, a grill, a fire pit and during the summer season we will have several bikes (adult and childrens) and beach toys and chairs available.
