Located in the Châtillonnais region in the National Forest Park, in a peaceful hamlet on the edge of the woods, this place offers a relaxing stay with family or friends. Forest walks are accessible from the house. The country stone house sleeps up to 6 people very comfortably. Completely renovated, you will find mainly Burgundy stone and local oak as materials, with refined furniture and personalized decoration. The space The accommodation is composed of: On the ground floor, a living room open to the kitchen, the latter is well equipped (dishes, various appliances, microwave, dishwasher, etc.); full bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet, laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms including 2 large ones (the bedding is new and comfortable), office/relaxation area, separate toilet. It is a central heating system with underfloor heating that diffuses a gentle heat. This pretty house includes a walled garden, with two terraces and garden furniture. An open barn and a parking space where vehicles can be parked. Enough space for your petanque, badminton activities... This place is primarily for lovers of calm who will appreciate being surrounded by nature and greenery. Guest access Parking spaces are located in front of the house. Halfway between Dijon and Troyes. Close to an A5 motorway exit (Chaumont-Semoutiers toll - Exit No. 24 and Ville-sous-Laferté toll - Exit No. 23). Montbard train station (TGV) is about 35 minutes away. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are not provided. Nevertheless, I can offer, if necessary, to leave kits in the house: =) Double bed kit + towels: €35 (Sheets, towels, bath mat, kitchen towels included) =) 1 person towel kit: €15 (towels, bath mat, kitchen towels). - The Tassimo/Bosch coffee machine works with the brand's pods. (There is always the necessary to have coffee, tea, infusion). - There is no child safety barrier for the stairs. - Possibility to put a baby bed, upon request. - The fireplace is not functional. - No pets allowed. - The accommodation is non-smoking. - The parking lot is under video surveillance.
