Located in the Châtillonnais country in the National Forest Park, in a peaceful hamlet on the edge of the woods, this place offers a relaxing stay with family or friends. Forest walks can be accessed from the house. The country stone house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Completely renovated, you will find mainly as materials Burgundy stone and local oak, with clean furniture and personalized decoration. The space The property is composed of: On the ground floor of a living room/living room open to the kitchen, the latter is well appointed (dishes, various appliances, microwave, dishwasher...); entire bathroom with bath and shower, independent toilet, laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer, iron. Upstairs with 3 bedrooms of which 2 large (the bedding is new and comfortable), office/relaxation area, independent toilet. This is a central heating system with heated floor diffusing mild heat. This cute house includes a walled garden with two terraces and garden furniture. An open barn and a parking space where vehicles can be parked. Enough space for your pétanque activities, badminton... Above all, this place is for lovers of calm who will appreciate being surrounded by nature and greenery. Guest access Parking spaces are in front of the house. Halfway between Dijon and Troyes. Near a motorway exit A5 (Toll of Chaumont-Semoutiers - Exit N°24 and Toll of Ville-sous-Laferté - Exit N°23). Montbard Train Station (TGV) is approximately 35 minutes away. Other things to note Bed and bath linen are not provided. Still, I can you offer if you need to drop off kits in the house: =) Double bed kit + toilet linen: €35 (Sheets, towels, carpet bath, kitchen towels included) =) 1 person toilet linen kit: €15 (hand towels, bath mat, kitchen towels). - The Tassimo/Bosch coffee machine works with branded pods. (There are always the essentials for coffee, tea, infusion). - There are no child-proof gates for the stairs. - Possibility to put a umbrella bed, on request. - The fireplace is not functional. - No pets allowed. - The accommodation is non-smoking. - Parking is under video surveillance.
