A sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Wifi. Elevator. Garage. Note: We prefer soft, even fluffy beds, if you can only stand firm mattresses, this may not be for you. However, you will need to leave the apartment in a good condition, dishes clean and tidy, trash cans emptied and glass taken to public containers. (If we are ever in the exceptional position of not being able to provide this service, we will notify you to do the final cleaning yourself and will refund you the €50.) Linens: To accommodate you if bringing your linen poses a problem for you, offered as an optional paid option, which will be paid in addition to the rental if selected. Rates are indicated per stay, i.e. per rental regardless of the number of occupants. The linen will be made available in this case, but you will have to make the beds upon arrival and at the end of the stay, to strip the beds and gather the dirty linen.
