Guests can enjoy six swimming pools, a dedicated children’s area with a pool, two fitness centers, and a large, beautifully maintained territory. Guest access This studio features a frosted sliding partition separating the bedroom from the kitchen-living area. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including a TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. There is also a washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, necessary kitchenware, and clean bed linen with an extra set. Other things to note Guest check-in is available from 14:00 to 23:00 (Night check-in requires additional payment and prior arrangement). On the day of arrival, we are required to take photos of all guests’ passports and visas (arrival stamp to Thailand) for TM30 registration. Without the original document, we will not be able to accommodate you in the apartment! On the day of departure, guests are required to pay for water and electricity usage (CASH ONLY in Thai Baht). Utilities rates: Water – 40 THB per 1 m³ Electricity – 6 THB per 1 kWh
