The space We are provided -tv box -free wifi -kitchen utensil -microwave -digital door with password -towel -body and hair shampoo -refrigerator -Fully Air conditioning -Hair dryer -Cctv is provided shooting car porch can outside view -Car porch can fix 1 car, out of gate can fix 2 car. No illegal Activities within the building ( damage RM 200) 2. Quiet hour 10PM -- 8AM (damage RM 100) 3. Smoking only allowed at the outside house. (damage RM 200) 4. No wearing shoes inside the house or unit. (damage RM 100) 5. Late check out chargeable RM 25/hour (If available) 6. Extra guest chargeable RM 25/person (above 8 year old) 7. Request earlier check in subject to the availability of the unit. Chargeable earlier check in at RM 25/hour. 8. Extra cleaning in between your stay is chargeable depend condition & size of unit. 9- If any additional service required (subjective to time and our staff time and availability) RM 50-200. 10-We will charge the purchase price for lost or damaged items, plus service and shipping charges. 11-If guest like to extend for stay, please noted us early and last result subject to availability, we will send invitation and guest need to approve it. 12-Party, Function, Event, Proposal, Commercial photography and filming in the unit will have extra cost fee RM 150/days charge to guest. (This is extra wear&tear charge and not a decoration or cleaning charge.) Always inform host & pay it before check in time. Otherwise you will no allow to do it and we will penalty RM 300 to guest if we found after check out. Others: *Dont park at neighbour front to prevent unhappy happening. *Please acknownledge that the cleaning fee is charge for us is service to change , wash bedsheet, vacuum and mop the floor but not include additional works for wash all guest 's bowl pan after eat no clean up before leave. We will charge the additional fee (RM 20 per hours) by the total time we need to clean up the all.
