This great beach house has coastal/airy decor and a back deck overlooking the lagoon. This sweet house is in a private community with no thru traffic permitted, however it's right off of Palm Blvd. in the middle of everything! IOP license: P-00178 The space This beach home has parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway. Parking on the street is not permitted! Please respect the neighborhood rules. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the neighborhood amenities Other things to note 2 pack-n-plays, toys, high-chair, 4 beach chairs, and an outdoor child swing are all available at the house! There is a small gator in the lagoon. Please do not feed it!
