Villa 61 & 63 are 2 contemporary charming guest houses located 20 m from each other in the same large garden allowing you to meet up to 25 people. 20 minutes from Futuroscope! Create memories in this unique, family-friendly home. A perfect space to meet with friends, family or colleagues. The space Villa Richelieu offers two houses of character, one with an area of 460 m2 in a cozy, simple and refined style. The other, 165 m2, offers a more contemporary space inspired by the "industrial" decor based on glass, metal and intense lighting under its open-air veranda. Guest access Guests can access all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Only the technical rooms, (swimming pool and boiler rooms are closed to guests) Other things to note Dogs and other domestic or wild animals are not allowed.
