Other things to note If you are coming from abroad and passing through Dubai, let us know and you are most welcome to stay for couple of days with us in Dubai for free. Back to the house rules: 1) Alchol and drugs are not allowed. 2) Parties or any neighborhood disturbing events are not allowed 3) We recommend families to book and enjoy the community, however solo travelers and singles are also welcome as long as single gender. 4) Mixed gender bachelorettes are not allowed. This is a very quiet community and very family oriented, we expect our guest to respect it accordingly 5) Electricity is enabled with rechargeable card that will be handed over to the guest and will be pre-charged with enough balance for fair electricity usage. If you heavily consume electricity beyond the normal/fair usage (like keeping the AC open even if you are not home ..etc) you mgith need to charge the card which can be done easily from your smart phone. ( Full instructions are available inside the house). You will get notifications in case you are overconsuming or approaching the limits.
