Located near Place du Trez-hir with its shops, restaurants and cinema, you will be 2 steps from a large beach (sand). Ideally located on the edge of the GR, you have access on foot to the magnificent Fort de Berthaume! Boat departures to the Breton Islands are a 5-minute drive away. For your arrival, we will inform you of the terms and conditions on the day as soon as the apartment is ready. Please don't hesitate to read all the information before booking. See you soon. The space Our studio is located on the 1st floor of a large old house (thin floors between the apartments, old common staircase) and consists of a total of 6 apartments. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE ⚠️ Due to the age of the building, sounds circulate easily from one accommodation to another and the studio is not accessible to PRM, stairs to climb. Certified 2 stars by Étoiles de France. You will find a large sleeping area, a bathroom and a kitchenette. 🚿The shower flow is very slow, ideal for deterring long showers and saving water. The neighborhood and building can be lively in season and on weekends. The bar across the street is very lively. Wi-Fi (fiber) and TV are available free of charge for our guests. The mattress is firm but we have put in place a mattress topper to suit as many of you as possible. Guest access When you arrive, you will find places on the street in front of the accommodation. The area, very touristy, is very busy especially in summer, do not hesitate to park a little further away during the day to approach the car in the evening. Access by key box possible. Other things to note Depending on the season, and the period of the stay (week or weekend) there is more or less activity in the house. Of the 6 apartments, only 2 are for tourist rental. Sometimes tenants make noise. If you want to come with a baby it's possible, just let us know. We will then provide a baby bed. The shower flows slowly, you can have your feet in the water if the shower is too long. For very demanding guests who want to waste water during their showers or who would like absolute calm, this place is not for you.
