Two Master-Bedrooms!! are a huge highlight, and the ensuite luxury bathrooms each have a spa bath to enjoy in privacy. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a full 'Jack & Jill bathroom' with bathtub. The Lounge/Media room also has two futon/sofa beds that can accommodate children. All 4 bedrooms have quality King beds that can be split to King singles all with split system air-conditioning, and open to a large living area on the first floor with smart TV and luxury sofa. Bedroom 1 also has a walk-in-robe and private balcony looking out to the pool, lawn and the birdlife on the lake beyond the back garden. Your stay in this gorgeous escape is anchored by an elegant, but enormous, central living space that opens seamlessly via huge concertina glass walls to the outdoor dining by the pool and expanding on to the lawns. The adjacent outdoor lounge also opens onto the indoor-dining and kitchen, creating a fabulous flow and a sense of resort-style living. Two families or four couples comfortably share the abundance of space and enjoy their own space too, with air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. As well as a spacious lounge area, the property has an additional 'media room' for the convenience of larger or family groups. The three indoor lounges all have large smart TVs and Kayo with 75" screen in the central living. Free unlimited NBN WiFi access to stay connected throughout your stay. We have also included board games and a few toys, to keep the family occupied. Your own private pool and pool/spa and day bed pavilion in the fully fenced grassed and tropical landscaped private rear yard. Wash the sand away under the outdoor shower with soothing rain head. A full range of tea’s, coffee, and sugar plus the everyday basics such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, cooking spray, foils and plastic wrap are provided. You will love it. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY HAS A NO PARTY POLICY. Other things to note Please note the pool is solar heated and not heat-controlled remotely. The pool and spa are each on separate independent filter and solar systems. The spa is warmer than the pool due to having an electric heater in the winter months set at 34 degrees. While the solar system for the pool is set at a high temperature, cloudy conditions will make the heating less effective. Conversely, it can be too hot in summer so we have to set it lower in summer. Please be aware that the kitchen and laundry cupboards contain cleaning products, such as detergent, antibacterial sprays, washing powder/tablets, insect spray, etc. We do not have child safety locks on these cupboards and so supervision of children is essential.
