A modern, COZY IBIZA cottage. The cottage of 45m2 is located behind a large house close to the sea. The cottage has a private entrance and another piece of garden with a picnic table and barbecue. Perfect location, 1 min from the beach (50 meters), where the nicest beach tents are located. Close to the dune and forest ( 100 meters) for a nice bike or hike. The movie's on the same street, too. Downtown is 200 meters away, so everything is within walking distance. Not suitable for the elderly 75+ The space A superhip Ibiza cottage. House has 2 bedrooms. 1 on the first floor, with a double bed and 1 sofa bed and also new modern sink since 2020. On the ground floor a 1 person bedroom with new hotel bed. A living room with open kitchen and small shower toillet( very small) with rain shower. Outside there is another picnic table on the terrace. Guest access Piece of garden with garden table, including barbecue belong to the cottage. Private entrance and all areas are for guests only. Free parking in private space in front of the house, or in the parking spaces in front of the door. Other things to note The shower room is small, toilet and rain shower together in a small space, sinks are in the bedrooms, each bedroom has its own sink. After the garden door there is a step, and in the cottage there is a narrow staircase. This can be a problem for older people if they are not mobile, or cannot walk stairs.
