With arguably the best position in Masham, North Yorkshire, The Cottage, which forms part of a grand 18th Century Georgian House, has undergone a complete refurbishment to a very high standard. This stunning cottage, in a quiet corner of Masham next to the Church has everything you could possibly want as a base to enjoy your stay in North Yorkshire. The Owners have spent some time turning this lovely cottage into an inviting holiday retreat. The space Brand new facilities which includes entrance hall to hang coats then upstairs to a lovely big sitting room and separate kitchen on first floor. Then upstairs to the second floor where there is a spacious twin bedroom overlooking owners private garden to the rear and a double bedroom on the front of the house overlooking the market square. There is shared good sized bathroom with bath and shower over. Just a note that there is no deep freeze so please don't bring frozen food. We can supply ice for drinks upon request. There is no child equipment, ie stair gates, high chairs and cots and also no garden, so parents with children are advised to contact the owner before booking Guest access Parking is free on the Market Square outside the Old Vicarage. Other things to note The Old Vicarage Cottage is a private family owned home, so we have a no pet policy and no smoking at all on the premises or in the private front garden. As per the listing, please also be aware that there is no deep freeze compartment with the refrigerator. There is also no microwave provided.
