The space The Loft has a privileged location, on a quiet street called Vila Raimunda, with access via Getúlio Vargas Street, in the flat part of the village, 400 meters away from the Abraão Station tourist pier (approximately 5 minutes on foot). Abraão Beach is a 4-minute walk and Julia Beach (one of the most popular for swimming) is a 10-minute walk. The Loft is on the second floor of a small 4-apartment condominium. The living room and kitchen are open concept, with high ceilings for better use of light and natural ventilation. In the living room, there is a comfortable, custom-made sofa bed with high-density foam, which opens up and turns into a double bed. On the mezzanine is the second bathroom and a custom-made double bed. Everything was thought out and designed with great affection, so that you can feel at home and enjoy this paradise with great comfort. Guest access This home features a small private balcony. The only area shared with other guests is the main gate and the entrance hall to the accommodations. Other things to note There is a flight of stairs (11 steps) to access the condominium. IMPORTANT: - There are no ATMs on the island and sometimes stores cannot accept credit cards. We advise you to bring cash with you and use credit cards whenever possible to secure a reservation in case of unforeseen events; - There are no private cars on the island, only cars used by firefighters, police and the university. All access to other beaches is by foot or boat; - Electricity on Ilha Grande arrives via submarine cables and runs through the entire forest around the island to supply the villages. Due to this particular characteristic, electricity may fall in the village during periods of heavy movement, on days of heavy rain or wind. We chose not to have a generator, as they are extremely noisy and polluting! We provide emergency lights and candles if needed; - Towel, bed linen and bath linen changes are offered free of charge for long-term reservations, starting at 10 nights. Exchanges for short-term reservations have an additional cost of 25 reais; - We make check-in and check-out as flexible as possible, and when it's not possible, we offer a place for guests to store their luggage. This location does not have a bathroom available.
