This is an older 1965-build home, and the furniture reflects that. Additionally, If you are likely to turn on the AC to 70 degrees or lower, this is not the property for you. We ask that the A/C not be set lower than 70 degrees- - We do have a portable A/C in an upstairs bedroom for use. ➺ Smart TVs in a bedroom and the den, where guests can sign in and access their favorite content. Plenty of dedicated surge protector / multiprong outlets in each bedroom, den and kitchen areas. The driveway, and all other outdoor spaces on the exterior and the laundry room space are shared spaces** **laundry room space is accessible for longer term guest stays of 7+ days or longer - arrangements need to be made to access this area - it is located on the bottom two levels of property, where the host resides. During your stay Each unit has the space privacy they need; however the owner is able to attend to needs / concerns that might arise right away. . Upon booking the home, the booking guest is required to briefly chat via phone, with the host, to make sure our listing is in line with the guest experience you are seeking. Other things to note ➺ Guests must upload a copy of a valid Driver’s license and verify identity after booking ➺ For guest stays of 28 days or longer, guests must eSign rental agreement and verify identity after booking. This is REQUIRED by our locality. ➺ All outdoor areas are common areas. Please do not block the driveway, so as everyone (including the sublevel resident) can enter and exit property. DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN ➺ We strongly recommend guests purchase a damage protection plan prior to arrival. OUTAGES ➺ Outages are not common. We cannot be held responsible for short / temporary service interruptions that affect the entire neighborhood - - including water, electricity, and/or internet.
