Our modern villa, which has a master bathroom in all rooms and a jacuzzi in one room, has been designed with taste and every detail has been considered for our guests to have a pleasant and comfortable holiday. The space Our villa has its own private garden and private pool. Our villa is 8 km to the center of Fethiye and 3.5 km to Ölüdeniz beach. Living room: The modernly designed living room has a stylish and comfortable seating group, dining table and chairs, TV, satellite receiver, wifi for internet access, air conditioning. There is a direct exit from the living room to the poolside. Kitchen : The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, built-in 4 stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, tea kettle, cutlery set, pans, pots, glasses. Bedrooms: Our villa has an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. 1st Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning and bathroom/WC. 2nd Bedroom : 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom/WC. 3rd Bedroom : 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom/WC. Pool: There is a private pool with a jacuzzi feature in the private garden, measuring 7 m x 3.80 m and 1.50 m deep. There are sunbeds and umbrellas and a shower by the pool. Garden : There is a private swimming pool and there is a sun terrace by the pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, barbecue, table and chairs. Internet : Our villa has Wi-Fi for internet access. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be outages due to excessive user loading due to service providers and due to the seasonal busyness. A deposit of 10,000 TL is collected at the entrance to the villa. If there is no damage after checking the villa at the exit, it is refunded. Our service : Our villa is delivered to our guests in a clean way. Other things to note Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 160 USD is collected at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages to the villa and its contents during the rental period. In the inspection to be made before leaving the house, if there is no damage, missing, loss, etc. in the fixtures and items of the house that was delivered in good condition, the deposit will be returned.
