Xàbia Refugio (Penthouse in Jávea)

Penthouse apartment - centrally located with pool and yet not far from the sea (1,150 m). The old town (Xábia Pueblo) and various shopping facilities are only a few minutes walk away. Ideal for spontaneous bar and restaurant visits, but also for self-catering. The penthouse belongs to a well arranged and quiet complex. The large private terrace offers views of the pool and the Montgo (local mountain of Xàbia/Jávea). The space The modern open kitchen has an induction stove, oven, microwave, and large refrigerator. Of course, the dishwasher and washing machine are not missing. The kitchen is 'fully' equipped including a coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, and hand blender. In both bedrooms, there are double beds (200 x 180 and 200 x 140). Each double bed has two separately dressed duvets (nordic style). Each bathroom has a shower. A hairdryer is available too. You will find a first supply of fresh towels and toiletries. HomeOffice: In both bedrooms, there is a small desk with an office chair. Therefore, in the apartment during the day two people can work undisturbed without blocking the living room or the dining table. WIFI is of course included. The private sun terrace is L-shaped. One part is sunny from morning to evening. The part with the windows is oriented to the NW and therefore has natural shade even in summer until afternoon. In the area in front of the living room and the dining table outside, there is a variable pergola that provides additional shade - if desired. The pool has a small separated non-swimmer area and a swimmer's pool; it's large and deep enough to actually do some swimming. Guest access A private, reserved basement parking space is included. Additional free parking spaces (public) are located in the vicinity of the residential complex. For those arriving without their own car: the bus station is 450 m away (but not visible and audible). A public 50 kW charging station for e-cars is 350 m away. Other things to note Please note I: The Spanish state requires all hosts to transmit information about all guests to a central database at the Ministry of the Interior immediately after the reservation (this is new since 2024) and then again at the actual check-in. Please be aware that we have to request data immediately after the reservation. We limit ourselves to the data that has been classified as a minimum by the legislator. Please note II: There is construction work going on in the neighborhood. Since our windows and terrace face exclusively toward the interior of the complex, we found the noise to be quite tolerable so far. Our guests have also confirmed this in their reviews.
