If coming from SLEX, the exit is at Mamplasan. Here are the directions to the mini villa: *By Commute:* From Buendia Jac Liner Bus Terminal, take a Jac Liner bus going to Binan. Inform the bus driver that you're heading to Santa Rosa and will get off at Olivarez/Central Mall. From Central Mall, ride a jeepney going to Santa Rosa Bayan and tell the driver to drop you off at Progressive Village in Brgy Tagapo. From the village gate, turn right and walk a few steps until you see the long, tall fence with a gray gate on your right side. That's your home in Santa Rosa. *By Car:* You can follow the same directions as above. To remain good neighbors, please observe these guidelines: * 10:00 PM Outdoor Quiet Time: From 10:00 PM onwards, keep your voice low at this time and please move all activities indoors to respect the village quiet hours. * Indoor Videoke: You are more than welcome to enjoy videoke indoors! We just kindly ask that you keep all doors and windows firmly closed so the sound doesn’t carry to the neighboring houses. 👥 Guest Capacity & Visitors We want everyone to be comfortable and safe during their stay. * Registered Guests: To ensure we have enough amenities for everyone, please ensure your guest count matches your booking. * Extra Visitors: We understand you might have friends drop by! However, please note that any guests coming in and out of the property beyond the agreed capacity limit will incur additional miscellaneous fees. This helps us cover the extra utility usage and maintenance for the community. ❄️ Enjoying the Air Conditioning The entire home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort! To keep the rooms crisp and cool: * Keep It Sealed: We kindly ask that you keep all windows and doors closed while the AC is running. This allows the system to work efficiently and keeps the tropical heat (and bugs!) outside. * Smart Cooling: Closing the curtains during the day also helps the AC keep the house at your perfect temperature! 🌱 Restful Energy Saving Help us stay green and safe while you sleep: * Lights Out: Please turn off non-essential lights and electronics before heading to bed. * Power Down: To prevent overheating, please unplug your chargers once your devices are fully charged.
