NOTE: The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is NO elevator, but we assure you that the view and the experience are worth every step. The space Dive into a Two-Level Space Designed for Your Comfort Step into a space thoughtfully designed across two levels for your utmost comfort. It boasts three bedrooms: the master suite is a sanctuary featuring a King Size bed, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are uniquely appointed: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed that has a double mattress below and two single mattresses. These rooms share a contemporary bathroom. The upper level welcomes you to a fully-equipped kitchen, ready to ignite your culinary prowess. From a conventional oven and microwave to a blender and popcorn maker, everything is set up for you to relish in cooking your favorite dishes. And for those moments of relaxation, discover our terrace, an urban oasis perfect for enjoying an alfresco breakfast or simply unwinding under the city sky. Guest access Check-in to the apartment is from 4:00 PM onwards. If you require an earlier check-in, there will be an additional charge of $900 pesos, provided if it's possible, as guests check out at 12:00 PM. For a check-in before 8:00 AM, you'll need to book the previous night. To access the building, you must register and identify yourself with the guard, who is on duty 24x7. He will provide you with the apartment key. We do not have a copy of the key. If it's lost or left inside, you'll need to call a locksmith. Typically, they charge 450 pesos to unlock, and this cost is ADDITIONAL. There's a possibility of having a parking spot available UPON PRIOR NOTICE. If you don't inform me in advance, it might not be available. Near the building, you can find various modes of transportation: metro, metrobus, eco-bike, trolleybus. I recommend using Uber or any other platform, but avoid hailing street taxis as they might be unsafe. If you have any questions, let me know, and I'll be happy to assist! Other things to note Condominium Rules Please keep the volume low after 9 PM. The condominium rules are very strict, and fines may be incurred if there are complaints from neighbors. AIRBNB Regulations: 1.- All guests are required to comply with the condominium rules. 2.- For gatherings inside the apartments, MODERATE NOISE is allowed during the following hours: Monday to Thursday and Sundays until 9 PM; Fridays and Saturdays until 11 PM. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND AT NO TIME IS EXCESSIVE NOISE THAT DISTURBS OTHER NEIGHBORS ALLOWED. 3.- It is strictly FORBIDDEN to leave luggage at the security booth and common areas. 4.- Smoking in common areas is strictly FORBIDDEN. 5.- Guests CANNOT bring in visitors unless the host authorizes it through the AIRBNB ACCESS FORM. 6.- If guests order food or pharmacy services, among others, they must go to the entrance to meet their provider. 7.- If guests have children, they can use the garden under adult supervision. Under no circumstances can they use the parking area as a playground. 8.- If guests use transportation services like UBER, DIDI, CABIFY, or private services, they must get on and off on the street. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN VEHICLES ENTER THE CONDOMINIUM. 9.- Trash should be thrown in the trash containers, and you must go to the end of the trash room to deposit it. PLEASE, DO NOT LEAVE IT AT THE ENTRANCE. Be mindful and avoid dirtying the hallways, stairs, and parking areas with leaking waste. If necessary, double-bag it. *REMEMBER THAT THE CLEANING STAFF DO THEIR JOB TO CLEAN THE CONDOMINIUM, BUT IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP IT CLEAN. ALSO, REMEMBER THAT THE TRASH CONTAINERS AND STORAGE AREA ARE CLEANED DAILY, so you can confidently go to the end of the storage room to deposit your trash. 10.- Guests are strictly forbidden from removing furniture, appliances, or any action resembling a move.
