The house is located a 5-10 minute walk from the coffee shops, restaurants and pubs that Kemptown and Brighton Marina has to offer. The house has 2 double bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 guests, and is well suited for families, friends or couples (+1 pet). It is a great place to come relax, explore Brighton and the surrounding South Downs or work from home if you need a change in scenery. The space Our home is a beautiful Victorian 3 storey townhouse with many original features. It has a bright, large open plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for your stay. The kitchen overlooks a sweet patio with bistro set for outdoor dining. The cozy living room has 2 comfortable sofas, flat-screen smart TV, board-games and books. The large, airy first bedroom has a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a workspace with desk, and good WiFi connection throughout the house. The second floor houses a luxurious family bathroom including stand-alone bath and separate shower. There is a second toilet on the half landing. The second bedroom has a small double bed (which sleeps 2 adults comfortably), a wardrobe and a clothing rail. There is a utility room on the bottom floor with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is central heating throughout the house We hope you enjoy our professionally cleaned and managed property, inclusive of hotel-quality linen, towels and other amenities to make your stay comfortable. We hope you enjoy your stay. Guest access Please note that the street is permit holders parking only. There is paid parking available on the adjacent street. The house would unfortunately not be suitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility due to the number of external steps to access the lower and upper ground floors, and the number of stairs within the house. Other things to note This is a self check in property with property manager on hand for any queries. We will send you check-in instructions prior to arrival and have a welcome book in the property itself. Feel free to ask any questions or for any local recommendations! Please note this a quiet street so we don't allow parties and ask for the noise to be kept down after 10.30pm. No smoking is allowed.
