Ultra Stylish furnished Home in Edinburgh

Our home is on the West side of Edinburgh in a pretty village at the foot of the Pentland Hills. The rooms in our house are decorated to a high standard with a Scandi influence. The village has a number of shops and pubs, there is a tennis Court, golf course, local church and a park, and is a 15/20 minutes drive into the city centre. There is a regular bus service 1 minute walk from our house. If you love walking there is lots of walks on our doorstep, you can be on the hills within 15 minutes. The space Our house is a semi detached bungalow on the corner of a quiet street. Rooms are very spacious, large kitchen/diner/sitting area with patio door to the garden, kitchen has got all the mod cons, including induction hob, wifi ovens and a quooker boiling water tap. The main bathroom is luxurious with stand alone bath and separate shower. Both bedrooms have plenty storage and decorated with designer fabrics. We have a fold up bed which can be used in the upstairs lounge, please request this at time of booking. Both lounges are very comfortable with 2 large sofas, one lounge has an open gas fire and the other lounge a gas stove. There is also an electric baby grand piano and a guitar in the upstairs lounge. The house has a lot of original art painted by the owner. Guest access We have off street parking for 2 cars and there is also parking on the street outside the house. There are local buses 1 minutes walk away, 44 bus takes you into city centre and runs every 10 minutes throughout the day, the journey takes around 20/25 minutes. There is also a 45 bus which takes you through Morningside and Bruntsfield which is a nice place to go for independent shops and bars. We are within 5 minutes drive to the Bypass which takes you East and South and 5 minutes from the M8 which takes you West and North. Other things to note We expect the guests to leave the house how they find it, please wash dishes before leaving. Please do not use candles other than battery operated. We would greatly appreciate it if you could recycle, there is a food wast bin in the kitchen, liners are under the sink, there is a pull out bin under the coffee machine, front and side section are for recycling and back section is non recycling, liners are found under the sink. Can you put the bins out Tuesday evening for early morning pick up on Wednesday, food bin goes out every week, glass (Blue Bin), recycling (Green Bin), and non-recycling (Grey Bin) go out alternate weeks, see Callander in guide. Please do not use the house phone, our contract is line only so calls are very expensive.
