Finca Hotel La Bilbaína informs you that pets are accepted, which must be communicated before making your reservation, since it has an additional cost of $20,000 COP (per night, for each pet). Each cabin has a kitchen, which has an additional cost of COP 25,000 (only one payment for the entire stay). Please note that breakfast is not included in the reservation. Also, all additional services must be paid for at check-in. The space Each cabin has a parking lot and only up to 2 vehicles can enter it, however, in case the guest requires and requests it, they can make use of the hotel's general parking lot at no additional cost. Guest access Pets ARE allowed, which must be communicated before making your reservation, as it has an additional cost (per night). Likewise, you must bring a vaccination card and a crate or bed for the pets to stay, since they will not be able to use the beds or sofas. Also, pets will not be able to stay alone in the cabins if the guests are absent. Therefore, the administration offers a care and daycare service until the guest returns to the hotel. Each cabin has an American-style kitchen which has an additional cost of $25,000 COP (only one payment for the entire stay). The kitchen is delivered clean and is received in the same manner. In case of damage to the kitchen or any of the utensils, the guest must bear the costs and pay them before checking out, since the additional value of $25,000 COP for the kitchen is for the service and use of it, but NOT to assume the costs of the damages caused by the guests in the kitchen.
