Conveniently located one block off of main drag. You can walk to most restaurants, bars, library, banks, museum, two different live theaters. Sandy provides a FREE great bus system within town, and a small fee to travel to Gresham or Mt. Hood. Guest access The whole house is yours. Fully furnished living area, a full kitchen which includes coffee maker/dishes/spices. Two (2) full bathrooms (one tub), plenty of blankets and pillows, electric fire place. Front yard is available for use (no fence). Owner lives in unit below. Other things to note I am dog friendly with conditions -$50 one time fee per dog. There are exterior cameras so honesty is the best policy. Animals must be take off property to do their business and not left alone in house (Out of respect for the owner who resided in lower unit and has pets) even good pets are vocal when left alone in a strange place. Please keep pets out of flower beds!
