The complex is regularly pest controlled to limited their presence unfortunately we cannot eliminate the nature. MOSQUITOES : mosquito cream and antihistamine cream incase of allergies ANTS, LIZARD, COCKROACH : DO NOT leave food uncovered or outside , emptied bin regularly to avoid bugs. You can used bugs spray if your are not sensitive.Always close the door and windows when you are outside. Our place is on the 4th floor in the evening if you opened windows and the balcony it is very airy. Unfortunately it beyond our controlled if bugs or reptiles get inside. IMPORTANT: - Always turn off the light and air conditioning when not in use.( waste of energy ) - Always close the water tap when not in use.( save water save life ). NO WATER NO LIFE NO BLUE NO GREEN Parties not allowed. Do not make any noise that can disturb your neighbours. Always park in your dedicated parking. Respect all the common area. The property is on CCTV camera SURVEILLANCE. Always shower before entering the swimming pool NO DIVING, NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE POOL Owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries for the use of pool. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY Know the exit nearest to you. In the event that this exit is blocked, be familiar with alternate exits. The building have 3 gates: 1 front automatic main gate and 2 pedestrians access gate. Avoid panic. Remain calm. Follow procedures and instructions In general, do not use the elevators. Even if it is safe to use them, elevators will be needed by authorised personnel to evacuate people with disabilities and children. In the event of a fire or structural damage, elevators cannot be used by anyone. You must use the stairs. Do not take time to collect other personal items. Leave the building immediately when conditions are safe.
