Quiet and family-friendly place. 10 minutes from the airport. The space Our house is a charming two-story townhouse. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the upper floor, and on the ground floor there is the living room, kitchen and another bathroom. The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning and TV, plus a balcony for each one. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and all the utensils necessary to meet the needs of a family. We have a backyard with a covered gourmet area with a barbecue, wood stove, sink and a large table. We have a small service area with a clothesline and the possibility of a washing machine. For returning from the beach, we have a delightful outdoor shower. The location is strategic because it is close to a store that meets basic and leisure needs and close to the most beautiful beaches in the south of the island. Guest access The house is 1 km from Morro das Pedras Beach and about 1.5 km from its viewpoint. About 500 meters away there are markets, snack bars, a food truck park, pharmacies and a bakery. The airport is about 05 km away and the city center is about 10 km away. Other things to note This neighborhood is strategically located on the way to the most beautiful beaches in the south of the island and also close to the access to the Ribeirão da Ilha neighborhood, where there is a historic Azorean parish with an island gastronomic circuit.
