A spacious, airy and cozy house, located in a condominium in Atibaia, 70 km from São Paulo. With a fantastic view of Pedra Grande, our condominium offers swimming pools, multi-sport courts, tennis, soccer fields, beach tennis, fitness center, spa, children's play area, jogging track, lakes, horseback riding and more. The space Composed of 4 en-suites, the house has 2 of the bedrooms with a double bed and the other 2 with single beds, which can be joined together to accommodate a couple. All equipped with bed and bath linens. We also have a bedroom, which is used as an office, with an attached bathroom. In the two rooms, you will find spaces with sofas, TV, integrated sound system and a dining room. The kitchen has a complete structure with two refrigerators, stove, dishwasher, microwave, water filter, Nespresso machine, sandwich maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking. In the laundry room, you'll find basic cleaning products, a washer and a dryer. In the outdoor areas, we have a barbecue, pizza oven, cooktop, sink, table for 8 people, shower and a garden with lawn. Guest access Our housekeeper, Rozely, will be available to help with cleaning and organizing the house from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We provide the essentials to make you feel at home. We offer basic cleaning products for your arrival. If you need something more, it will be the responsibility of the guest. Access to the condominium can be made by Fernão Dias for those coming from São Paulo, or by Rodovia Dom Pedro I for those coming from the interior. Other things to note The entrance to the condominium is through a concierge, where guests will be checked in. We will need personal information such as full name, CPF/RG, model and license plate of the car to authorize entry.
