With three bedrooms and a grassed backyard, this home is perfect for families, couples and business travellers alike. Just a short stroll away from some of Adelaide’s best restaurants and a short drive, tram or bus ride to the city centre, it is also a great base for exploring all that the city has to offer! The space Our home was built in 1900 and still holds much of its original character. The bathrooms are brand new, with the kitchen and laundry recently refreshed. Big, grassed back yard with childrens cubby, trampoline, ample off-street parking and plenty of amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay. Hi-speed internet, GoogleHome, and a smart TV available for use by all guests, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home and garden during your stay. Our home is conveniently located just a walk, short drive or tram ride to the CBD (2.5km away), and King William Road’s bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping are right on your doorstep. Other things to note The Adelaide Showgrounds Farmer’s Market is held on Sunday mornings with amazing South Australian produce. The Showgrounds are only a 15 minute walk or short drive. The famous Adelaide Central Markets is a walk, short drive or tram ride away. Great walking and bike paths exist close by, and it is only a 10 minute walk to the Adelaide parklands. Our home also provides a perfect base to access South Australia’s famous wine regions, with Adelaide Hills 30 minutes drive, McLaren Vale 40 minutes and the Barossa Valley just over an hour.
