HOUSE LOCATION The location of the house is great, just 350 meters from Indaiá beach, which is perfect for walks and for children to play in the water because it is a calm and undiscovered beach, 450 meters from restaurants, 600 meters from the bakery, 800 meters from markets, 900 meters from the amusement park and 950 meters from the center. HOUSE RULES: Here is some information for a pleasant experience: - Check-in after 1 p.m.; - CHECK-OUT BY 12 p.m.; - Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.; - ⁠DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE; - Only guests are allowed (no visitors); - Inform the names and IDs of the guests; - Inform vehicle license plates. - Do not lie on the sofa (other guests may also want to use it). - If you use the barbecue, clean it, as it is shared with other guests. Guest access Access to all common areas. During your stay I will not be present at the location, but I am available to assist through WhatsApp. Other things to note - Everything in the house was prepared with great affection. - The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning that is done to prepare the house before guests enter. We kindly ask that the dishes not be left dirty in the house, and that the trash be collected. - After booking, we ask for photo IDs for all guests for registration. - Visitors are NOT allowed, only registered people. - DO NOT smoke inside the rooms of the house.
