Guests have free access to all outdoor areas (garden, playground, pétanque court, covered jacuzzi, multipurpose room), except for: the non-renovated barn, and one private room inside the house, used for the owners’ storage. Other things to note Capacity and Stay Maximum occupancy: 15 guests, including children and infants. No exceptions can be made, as this is the property’s insured capacity. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Minimum stay: Outside school holidays: 2 nights During French school holidays: 1 week Peace and Respect The Domaine de la Source is a peaceful and welcoming retreat, not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. It is intended for families, friends, quiet retreats, or small seminars. Please respect the tranquility of the estate, the neighbourhood, and all furnishings and equipment provided. Cleanliness and Maintenance Final cleaning is not included. Guests must leave the house clean and tidy, in the same condition as upon arrival: dishes washed and stored, floors, bathrooms and surfaces cleaned, toilets disinfected, bins emptied, oven, fridge and barbecue cleaned, furniture replaced, windows free of marks. Bed linen and towels are washed by the hosts. Eco-friendly cleaning products are provided. Security Deposit A €2,000 deposit is required upon arrival (not cashed). It will be used only in case of damage, non-compliance, or cleaning not performed. Check-in and Check-out An inventory and inspection are carried out at both check-in and check-out in the presence of the hosts. Self check-in is not possible — all guests are personally welcomed.
