Great Sacandaga Lake Waterfront Cottage

Mayfield Great Sacandaga Lake seasonal cottage with 65’ of Lake Frontage with beach area once water level is down. Million Dollar Views & Aluminum Dock. Enjoy coffee while watching the lake & sunrise on the large lake side deck or enclosed wrap around porch. Includes: 2 bedrooms, updated kitchen & bathroom, living/dining room combo, microwave, WiFi, and cable TV . Cottage is about 900 sq ft. Well equipped (refer to amenities) however, sheets, blankets, towels and beach towels are not included. The space Seasonal cottage with 65’ of lake front just 5 minutes off of Route 30N in Mayfield. Guest access Guest access to entire cottage and property including 65’ of lakefront Other things to note Pillows with pillow protectors and mattress protectors are provided. Guests will need to bring their own bath towels, beach towels, sheets and blankets. The water level of lake is controlled by HRBRRD, the amount of rainfall and the amount of water they let through the dam. This is out of my control. Beach typically starts to show after July 4th and increases as the summer goes on unless we get substantial rain. The entire seasonal cottage, built in 1950, is on blocks and is around 900 square feet. It was leveled in 2021. I updated the kitchen in 2021 (minus the stove) and purchased a new stainless steel refrigerator in 2026. The bathroom has a smaller shower stall and was remodeled not long ago. Access to sheds are not permitted. No pets allowed on premises in prior approval is given. There are also outer perimeter security cameras. No smoking
