The "Hermès" chalet is the perfect place to come and relax with family or friends. Built in early 2022, it is conveniently located on the heights of Chemin de la Rayée, 1min drive from the Mauselaine ski slopes and 2min from downtown Gerardmer. With an area of 180m2 on 3 levels, it is designed to accommodate up to 12 people and allow you to enjoy its magnificent view of the valley and its lake. Equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Jacuzzi, billiards, ski 🦌 The space On the main level: a large living room with wood-burning stove, overlooking a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A ski room adjoining the interior of the chalet is also available to guests. On the 1st floor: one bedroom with a 160 double bed, a second bedroom with a 160 double bed + 2 bunk beds. On the ground floor: a bedroom with a 160 double bed, a dormitory with 4 bunk beds. A pool area, dart board. Access to the terrace and its HOT TUB to relax after a day of skiing. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Separate toilet on each floor. The rental includes beds made on arrival, the provision of towels, cleaning at the end of the week, as well as the tourist tax. Animals are absolutely not permitted. Stag/hen parties are strictly forbidden, this is not the destination we want to give to our cottage. The hot tub is open according to the authorizations in effect. In the event of an order prohibiting the use of the latter (e.g. drought in summer), no financial compensation can be requested. Weekly rental only during school holidays.
